Description: Elastic balls with numerous ‘tentacles’ and a finger loop. A face is recall swing package printed on one side in various colours (orange and yellow found); size: 10 cm in diameter. The balls contain a plastic spherical object with a flashing light mechanism. Packaging: cardboard box, size 29 x 18 x 20cm with a folding lid which can be opened as a display card. Marked with various texts: ‘Fluffy Ball’, ’Two Tone’ , ‘Soft & Safe’, ‘Flashing’, ‘Soft & Squeezy!’, ‘Throw It!’, ‘Caution: To avoid the sharp matter & point’, ‘Warning: Choking Hazard. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years’.The combination of the elasticity of the material and the mass of the toys means that if the ball is swung round it has the potential to wrap around a child’s neck thereby posing a strangulation hazard.

Description: A cover designed to be placed over a car safety seat for infants. One side is covered with a silver thermal material which heats up when the product is plugged into a 12v outlet in the vehicle. The other side consists of an aerated mesh material designed to keep the child cool in warm weather. The product states that it regulates the temperature at 32ºC. Country of origin: Germany. The product poses a risk of burns because the overheating protection switch does not operate at the designed temperature and it can heat up which, with prolonged contact, may induce burns, particularly on exposed skin.

The product poses a risk of choking because the eyes can be easily detached and are small parts which may be placed in the mouth by children and swallowed.

HighchairIkea recall Children's high chair "Antilop" Brand: Ikea
Type/number of model: Supplier code 17389 only. The affected product is ANTILOP children’s high chair with detachable legs. ANTILOP high chair is available in white, red and blue and in three variants depending on the market where sold. This recall for repair concerns the high chair belt supplied with the high chair only. Only production dates 0607-0911 (YYMM) from supplier # 17389 are included in this recall for repair of belt. Identifying marks: The brand name ANTILOP and IKEA and model number are printed on a label attached to the underside of the seat. The production date and supplier number (17389) are molded into the underside of the seat. No other model of ANTIOLP highchair is affected by this recall for repair of belt. The high chair buckle can open unexpectedly, creating a fall hazard.

Contained in a blister pack in a yellow cardboard box with name of product and pictures on it. The mains adaptor has inadequately sized pins. The product poses a risk of fire and electric shock. As a result damage could occur to the socket with the risk of overheating or arcing within the socket and the mechanical connections between the base and the cover of the mains adaptor suffer undue strain when inserted or removed from the socket.

The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1. Spiderman hot water bottle Spiderman or Toy Story hot water bottles bought from Checkers supermarket. Aproximately 100 have been bought since November. Please do not use the bottles and return them for a full refund to Checkers in St Saviour or Checkers in Bath Street. A problem has been identified with the seal on the water bottle.

highchair 3 in 1 to booster recall The 3 in 1 High Chair to Booster™ converts from a high chair to a toddler booster seat. It includes a removable tray, height adjustment and folds for storage. The product number is P6028 and can be located on the fabric tag attached to the lower seat pad. The seat can fall backwards from the high chair if the booster seat release is unlatched while the child is in the product. Also, the seat back can detach if not fully snapped in place, and the child may fall out, if not properly restrained.
